ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Team Curtis is excited to continue to add to our growing team! We are now hiring an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative, with the Agent considering full- or part-time candidates. The individual will be responsible for a variety of duties ranging from, though not wholly including or limited to, answering phones, applying customer payments, scheduling and/or confirming appointments, updating customer records, general data entry, existing customer retention processes and new customer onboarding, and administrative support for licensed team members and Agent. Individual may also assist with local marketing visits to Licking County businesses. A competitive candidate will be personable, have prior customer service experience, integrity of thought and action, and a strong work ethic. In addition, a competitive candidate will have exemplary multi-tasking skills and the ability to maintain quality work in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for students or parents transitioning back to work! It is a requirement that the candidate successfully pass federal and state background checks.
